The beach is 5 meters from your front verandah and is perfect for kids, water-skiing, knee-boarding, snorkeling, beach fishing, kayaking etc.

Don't forget Townsville is only 25 min away & airport another 15 min.
The absolutely fantastic views down Nelly Bay beach (you can see the lights of Townsville glittering at night) from the very large (and luxurious appointed) downstairs living area. You can just see the narrow boatramp lane in front.
